Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Kerho ("we", "us"), a course and community platform operated by RedWood Global Partners LLC ("RWGP"), collects, uses and protects personal data. Questions: aimo@salesmade.ai.

1. Who is responsible for your data

For your account and how the platform itself works, RWGP is the data controller. Each community on Kerho is run by an independent creator (the "Community Owner"). For content and data inside a community you join, the Community Owner is the controller and we act as their processor. For anything specific to a community, contact its owner directly.

2. Information we collect

• Account data — your email address and, if provided, your name and avatar.
• Content — communities, courses, lessons, posts, comments, events and other content you create or submit.
• Learning activity — lesson progress, quiz attempts and certificates.
• Billing data — subscription status and a Stripe customer/subscription identifier. We do not store card numbers; card details are handled solely by Stripe.
• Technical data — basic logs (IP, device/browser) needed to operate and secure the service.

3. How we use your data

• To provide and operate the platform (accounts, communities, courses, progress, certificates).
• To process platform subscriptions and send service and transactional emails.
• To secure the service, prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations.
• To improve the product using aggregated, non-identifying usage information.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not run third-party advertising trackers on member-facing pages.

4. Legal bases

Where EU/UK data protection law applies, we rely on: performance of a contract(to deliver the service you signed up for), legitimate interests (security, product improvement), consent (optional emails, where applicable) and legal obligation (tax and accounting).

5. Service providers (sub-processors)

• Supabase — database, authentication and storage, hosted in the EU (eu-west-1).
• Stripe — payment processing for platform subscriptions and, where a Community Owner uses their own Stripe account, their members' payments.
• Brevo — transactional email (welcome, approval, notifications).
• Vercel — application hosting and content delivery.

6. Payments

Platform subscriptions are processed by Stripe on behalf of RWGP. When a Community Owner charges their members, those payments are made through the owner's own payment account and go directly to them. We do not receive, hold or custody members' payments, and we take no percentage of a creator's sales.

7. Where your data is stored

Core data is stored in the EU (Supabase, eu-west-1). Some providers (e.g. Stripe) may process data outside the EU under appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

8. Cookies and sessions

We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to operate the service. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

9. Retention

We keep your data for as long as your account or community is active, and thereafter only as needed for legal, tax or dispute-resolution purposes. You can request deletion at any time.

10. Security

Access to data is protected by database row-level security, encrypted connections and restricted administrative access. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

11. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any right, email aimo@salesmade.ai. For data inside a specific community, contact that Community Owner.

12. Children

Kerho is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

13. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, communicated by email.
